Children’s favourite Peppa Pig will be making her first ever appearance at Tapnell Farm Park on the Isle of Wight this Spring, as she visits on 12th and 13th of May.
Tapnell Farm Park first revealed the news of Peppa’s visit on their Facebook page, at which stage the loveable pig was only due to visit for one day. But after an overwhelming response to the announcement, they have already ask Peppa to return for a second date. The cheeky little piggy will now be appearing at intervals on both Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th May.
Normal admission prices to Tapnell Farm Park apply for both days, but they are advising anyone who wants to attend to purchase their farm tickets in advance online to guarantee entry. Holders of Tapnell Farm Park Summer Season Passes can use them to gain entry to the farm, but will still need to book their place online to reserve their space.
In addition to seeing Peppa Pig, the rest of the park will also be open on both days, with new for 2018 activities and attractions available for visitors to enjoy. These will include the sledge slide, the “Tapnell Toddlers Tractor School” and the extended straw bale play zone and pedal go-kart track. Tapnell Farm Park’s own animals will also be there to say hello to guests, with more furry friends arriving in their new paddocks area.
Tom Honeyman Brown, Tapnell Farm Park Operation Manager said: “We can’t wait to welcome Peppa Pig to our farm for a visit, and it sounds like plenty of kids and parents are just as excited as we are! Our original plan was to host her for just a single day, but after seeing the response we had when we announced it online, we had to ask her to come back and see us the next day as well.”
